You will synthesize data from analytics tools into actionable insights regarding customer behavior, digital sales, and servicing performance.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data using Python, R, or SAS to drive decision-making.
• Build automated, intuitive dashboards and self-service assets to track critical metrics and detect anomalies.
• Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership through visualizations.
• Partner with Digital, Marketing, Product, IT, Fraud, and Risk teams to evaluate initiative success and mitigate asset threats.
• Develop KPIs and measurement plans to gauge the health of digital and omni-channel assets.
• Automate manual processes to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages including R or Python.
• Direct experience with SQL programming and large database applications such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SPSS, Teradata, or Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, specifically Tableau and Tableau Server.
• Master's degree in a STEM field (Decision Sciences, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Operations Research) and 3+ years of analytics experience, or a PhD with no experience required.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in analytics or data science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing statistical or machine learning methods in a corporate environment using R, Python, or SAS.
• Knowledge of Java or C++ in a data mining context.
• Experience with web analytics tools, A/B testing tools, and web application development using HTML, CSS, Perl, or JavaScript.
