Description

You will lead data science initiatives within the healthcare domain, leveraging 8+ years of experience to build predictive models from complex clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess clinical data from diverse sources, including health insurance claims and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Integrate and manage large-scale datasets from sources like CPRD and claims databases to support analysis.
• Apply federated machine learning techniques and advanced statistical methods to build and validate predictive models.
• Create clear visualizations using Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn and prepare detailed reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain strong programming proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science, with mandatory healthcare industry background.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and model development.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data management.
• Experience with data analysis libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of federated machine learning techniques.
• Expertise in medical coding systems including ICD-9, ICD-10, and SNOMED CT.
• Ability to perform regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.
