You will drive data-driven insights within the Telco domain to optimize marketing, workforce productivity, and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Build machine learning models and AI frameworks to predict market trends and analyze churn and loyalty.
• Design and implement experimental frameworks and automated tools to collect and manage data.
• Extract actionable insights from large datasets by correlating variables and identifying patterns.
• Transform and reformat raw data to ensure it is optimized for analysis.
• Translate complex technical findings into simple, visual reports and presentations for upper management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science roles.
• Expertise in Python and PyTorch.
• Proven experience in model building and AI applications.
• Experience performing churn, loyalty, and market prediction analysis.
• Strong data visualization skills to communicate findings effectively.
• Ability to manage data collection through business analysis or new study design.
• Background in analyzing employee productivity and training needs.
• Experience working within the Telco industry.
