Description

You will lead data science initiatives in healthcare, building predictive models from complex clinical data.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess clinical data from health insurance claims and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Integrate and manage large-scale datasets from sources like CPRD and claims databases.
• Apply federated machine learning and advanced statistical methods to build and validate predictive models.
• Create visualizations using Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science with a mandatory healthcare industry background.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis, manipulation, and model development.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data management.
• Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of federated machine learning techniques.
• Expertise in medical coding systems including ICD-9, ICD-10, and SNOMED CT.
• Ability to perform regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
