You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and preprocess large, unstructured datasets from internal and external sources.
• Build, train, and validate predictive models, including regression, classification, clustering, and NLP algorithms.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify hidden trends, anomalies, and patterns for strategic decision-making.
• Mentor, coach, and train data scientists and analysts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, AI Development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Knowledge of LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with vector databases, data pipelines, and retrieval systems.
• Proficiency in NLP.
• Experience with data storytelling through visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to complex, ambiguous problems.
• Experience designing and executing end-to-end experiments.
