Responsibilities

• Collect and preprocess data from various sources, collaborating with data engineers to maintain pipelines.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy predictive and prescriptive machine learning models.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of changes and improvements.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong expertise in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow and scikit-learn.
• Ability to create visualizations using Matplotlib or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Significant healthcare industry experience, including familiarity with providers and manufacturers.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark.
