Description

Architect and implement generative AI solutions, including conversational search interfaces, chatbots, and text summarizers.

Responsibilities

• Architect frameworks and infrastructure for GenAI products such as search interfaces and bots.
• Develop techniques to optimize model performance and implement robust feedback, monitoring, and correction pipelines.
• Design and oversee the curation of high-quality datasets for LLM training and build data science pipelines from feature generation to evaluation.
• Establish protocols for building fair, accountable, and transparent LLM-based applications to mitigate model bias and risk.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to align technical roadmaps and guide LLM implementation.

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years of experience with Python.
• Minimum of three years of experience building production NLP and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with large language model architectures including BERT and GPT-3.
• Experience building advanced workflows such as retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and model chaining.
• Minimum of three years of experience developing machine learning models with measurable business impact.
• Proficiency with Python, AWS, and SQL.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor junior data scientists in state-of-the-art GenAI methods.
• Contribute research to academic conferences.
