Description

You will design, build, and scale USB and related segment-building products critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and deploy LLM and NLP-based models to translate user intent into actionable audience segments.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers across APAC and US teams to launch AI-driven features.
• Analyze product data and user interactions to refine AI models and improve segment quality.
• Develop and prototype generative AI workflows for efficient segment discovery and refinement.
• Ensure AI features are explainable, reliable, and deliver measurable customer value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years applying machine learning in production environments, hands-on with NLP and LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid ML engineering practices.
• Practical experience designing, evaluating, and deploying LLM or generative AI applications to production.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience integrating systems with broader Data Collaboration Platforms.
• Proficiency in ML, NLP, Python, DevOps, and SRE concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable partnering with product and UX teams.
