Description

Lead a team of data scientists to develop machine learning models and predictive analytics for healthcare diagnostics and service operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict service demands and optimize resource allocation.
• Implement NLP solutions including chatbots, speech recognition, and sentiment analysis.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists while partnering with IT and healthcare professionals.
• Define IT infrastructure requirements and establish processes to support growing data volumes and quality.
• Configure and deploy product-grade analytic models and select optimal visualization methods.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science with a proven track record of leading teams and projects.
• Expertise in Python, R, and SQL.
• Proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Experience using Spark, Hadoop, and PowerBI.
• Background in healthcare analytics, customer service analytics, or diagnostic equipment optimization.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR data privacy regulations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI models for real-time customer interactions or conversational AI.
• Background in predictive maintenance for diagnostic equipment or EHR integration.
