Description

You will drive AI and ML initiatives through research, development, and responsible implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Communicate AI methods, including Generative AI and traditional ML, with legal, compliance, and AI development teams.
• Document findings, create reports, and present results to stakeholders.
• Design and develop job aids and guidance documentation for responsible AI best practices.
• Develop Python scripts to automate testing and analyze results.
• Assist in designing and executing Red Team testing scenarios for conversational AI systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience across the full ML system development, deployment, and maintenance lifecycle.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced NLP models and methodologies.
• 5+ years of professional experience using Python and ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Deep understanding of ethical considerations and fairness in AI model development.
• Experience working with ML/AI systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI systems.
