You will build predictive models and personalization engines to optimize ticket sales, subscriptions, and digital fan experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive models into production environments.
• Develop personalization algorithms and analytics to optimize client subscriptions and sales.
• Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across a matrixed organization to integrate data solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science roles.
• Expertise in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning and predictive modeling.
• Experience with deep learning techniques.
• Proven ability to handle and process complex datasets.
• Experience deploying models in production.
• Familiarity with Argo CD.
• Ability to work effectively across different teams in a large organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a complex matrixed environment.
