Description

You will operationalize a Multimedia Mix Model framework, automate data ingestion, and deliver data science artifacts to improve model performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate models to optimize customer interaction timing and channels.
• Build large-scale data engineering pipelines and automate data orchestration for timely measurement delivery.
• Create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders globally on cross-disciplinary projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning pipeline orchestration using AWS (SageMaker, Batch, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Experience with causal inference methods using longitudinal data (panel, regression, diff-in-diff, etc.).
• Experience with Bayesian estimation and inference methods.
• Hands-on experience with Docker Container Platform.
• Exposure to software engineering environments including version control and command line.
• Experience working within Agile software development workflows.
• MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Math, or Operational Research with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD with 1+ year of experience.

Preferred Skills

• Big Data engineering using Spark, AWS EMR, or Glue.
• Experience with R, RShiny, and Scala.
• Domain knowledge in digital or retail products.
