Description

You will build and maintain machine learning models to solve product challenges, focusing on NLP, retrieval-augmented generation, and continuous model improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create machine learning models tailored to specific product requirements.
• Analyze client data to identify underlying patterns and problem definitions.
• Manage data drift and monitor model performance over time.
• Improve embedding models and large language models.
• Enhance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and develop feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in Python, data structures, and system design.
• Experience with NumPy and Pandas.
• Knowledge of neural networks including CNN, GANs, CGAN, Transformers, RNN, and LSTM.
• Ability to fine-tune embedding models such as SBERT and E5.
• Experience fine-tuning and quantizing LLMs using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of NLP, recommender systems, POS tagging, and NER.
• Experience with forecasting, classification, and regression techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PyTorch, Java, or general software engineering principles.
