Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of LLM-based applications for internal legal services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines for preprocessing, annotating, and managing legal datasets.
• Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and performance evaluations for AI models and GenAI outputs.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to integrate ML into scalable applications.
• Write production-grade code and maintain data assets and evaluation tools.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms: embeddings, clustering, sequence classification, dimensionality reduction.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Solid background in NLP using libraries like spaCy, word2vec, Flair, BERT.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and benchmarking using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with data modeling, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and vector databases (ChromaDB).
