Lead the development and lifecycle implementation of GenAI, NLP, and LLM models in Ridgefield, CT.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical roadmaps and strategies for NLP and LLM implementation.
• Design and deploy GenAI solutions within production environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of model development from conception to deployment.
• Write production-grade code for data science applications.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience coding in Python.
• 3+ years of experience coding in R.
• 3+ years of experience building applications with Shiny.
• Proven experience in model lifecycle implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry.
