Description

You will own the analysis of digital experimentation results to drive product decisions. This role focuses on statistical rigor, experimental design, and clear communication of insights to non-technical stakeholders.

You will build dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor live tests and extract data using SQL. You will perform advanced statistical analysis in Python or R, applying hypothesis testing and experimental design principles. Experience with experimentation platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or LaunchDarkly is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze A/B tests using rigorous statistical methods.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL, Python, or R.
• Explain statistical findings and "why" results occurred to partners.
• Monitor live experiments using platforms like Optimizely or VWO.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in data science or product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Expertise in hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Product Analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Math, CS, or Economics.
• Knowledge of Bayesian vs. Frequentist approaches.
