Description

You will serve as a Senior Data Scientist or AI/ML Engineer on a long-term remote contract.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product requirements into data engineering and management designs.
• Develop and deploy machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) models.
• Manage and analyze large-scale datasets using Python and PySpark.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Apply analytical processes across various application classes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data management and analysis using Python and PySpark.
• 2+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer with at least 2 large-scale ML and NLP project deployments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and Data frames.
• Expertise in SAS development and usage.
• Deep understanding of normalized and dimensional data modeling principles.
• 5+ years of experience working within cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Broad knowledge of data mining, NLP algorithms, and deep learning (ML & DL) frameworks.
• Recent experience in the healthcare domain.
