Lead advanced analytics initiatives by applying statistical methods and machine learning to complex, unstructured datasets.

Responsibilities

• Mine and analyze unstructured data using machine learning and artificial intelligence to drive decision-making.
• Develop and apply algorithms to key business metrics to improve operations.
• Build predictive models focused on customer churn, retention, lifetime value, and segmentation.
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders to translate business needs into technical data science applications.
• Manage complex projects from inception to successful completion.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data science and predictive modeling.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with big data technologies and frameworks such as Spark.
• Broad knowledge of data infrastructure and development platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading complex projects.
• Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
