You will design and implement advanced AI agent architectures and language model frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agent architectures and NLP-driven systems.
• Build and implement Model Context Protocols (MCP) and A2A Protocols.
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Deploy and fine-tune LLMs and specialized NLP models.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in data science or related fields.
• Deep expertise in LLMs and NLP development.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agent Architectures.
• Proven ability to implement Model Context Protocols (MCP).
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of specialized models such as medical BERT or BioGPT.
• Experience developing A2A Protocols.
