Description

You will build, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models and Large Language Models to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models for text generation, sentiment analysis, and information retrieval.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and apply statistical techniques to validate models and extract insights.
• Build predictive models for demand forecasting, customer behavior, and product recommendations.
• Integrate LLMs into existing data pipelines and optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data science roles within operational environments or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLMs including GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT, and T5.
• Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of OpenAI and ChatGPT.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Expertise in data manipulation using SQL, pandas, and NumPy.
• Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, including regression, classification, and clustering.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures like CNNs and RNNs.
• Solid grasp of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and dimensionality reduction.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to reporting tools using Tableau.
