Description

You will design and architect data solutions, including warehouses, marts, and lakes, within Microsoft ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of complex data integrations and migrations.
• Analyze existing data system architecture and re-engineer functional solutions to meet business requirements.
• Create detailed design documentation and knowledge-based artifacts.
• Translate technical solutions for non-technical business leaders and train data team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing data solutions for Microsoft-based organizations.
• 8+ years of experience leading data integrations and migrations.
• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft and Azure Cloud Services.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Synapse.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, SSAS, and Power BI.
• Experience managing Security, Disaster Recovery, Testing, and DevOps within data environments.
• Strong understanding of financial data (P&L, AP, AR, GL) and operational data.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Operations leaders.
• Experience working in a self-directed capacity with limited resources.
