Description

You will design, build, and administer organization-wide reporting solutions and data warehouse infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of business and functional requirements for reports and dashboards.
• Design, develop, test, and implement ETL processes and reporting solutions.
• Administer BI security, deployment, maintenance, and environment upgrades.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and tool training.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Warehouse teams to document requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience with general relational databases and reporting development.
• 5 years of experience in BI data warehousing, including analysis, design, testing, and administration.
• 5 years of experience developing Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures.
• Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
• Experience using reporting tools such as SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, or Cognos.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 1 year of experience developing reports within a healthcare business or health plan.
• Direct experience with SSRS, Tableau, or Power BI.
