Description

You own the design, implementation, and continuous delivery of enterprise data warehousing solutions, pipelines, and governance strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data models, including dimensional modeling, data naming standards, and enterprise data dictionaries.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure storage accounts.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability by defining and implementing data quality assurance processes and resolving anomalies.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, logical/physical design, and maintain metadata and documentation for all data warehouse elements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, scale processing functionality, and socialize data assets for analytics and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in relational database and data warehouse design within enterprise production environments.
• In-depth knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks and medallion architecture.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory for data integration and orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, and BICEP scripting.
• Familiarity with DAX for advanced analytics.
• Understanding of IaaS concepts and SQL PaaS.
