Description

You will own the operational database services and ensure system stability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and resolve database-related requests, incidents, and tickets.
• Monitor daily service items including data backups, maintenance jobs, replication, and system alerts.
• Design and engineer solutions using Smartsheet DataMesh, Shuttle, Pivot, and Control Center.
• Perform database performance tuning, architecture development, and automation development.
• Collaborate across teams to define solutions for new and recurring technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration and operational services.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Smartsheet.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet DataMesh, Shuttle, Pivot, and Control Center.
• Proven ability in database performance tuning and architecture development.
• Experience developing automation and supporting testing processes.
• Ability to provide reporting and analytics support.
• Any Graduate degree.
