You will manage and maintain enterprise Oracle 18c database environments for operations in Lansing, MI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage high availability, disaster recovery, replication, and clustering solutions.
• Perform continuous monitoring, performance tuning, and complex troubleshooting.
• Document database operations and maintain enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of Oracle DBA experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle 18c.
• Strong background in HA/DR architectures.
• Proficiency in replication and clustering technologies.
• Proven track record in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise database operations and documentation.
