Description

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and support high-availability MS SQL database solutions for semiconductor manufacturing and enterprise applications.

Optimize database performance through advanced SQL development, database tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.

Develop and maintain SSRS and Power BI reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics to support business and manufacturing operations.

Lead database modernization initiatives, including legacy system migrations to data mart and data warehouse architectures.

Monitor and support critical production databases, ensuring system availability, security, business continuity, and rapid resolution of operational issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to implement database enhancements, support manufacturing systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with MS SQL, database tuning, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and enterprise database administration in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Strong experience with data modeling, database design, advanced SQL development, PowerShell scripting, and SSRS/Power BI reporting solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot critical database issues in real time, clearly communicate solutions to stakeholders, and support high-availability manufacturing systems
