Description

You will manage MSSQL databases and lead a team of database administrators within a multi-tiered application environment. You serve as the primary escalation point for complex troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the database administration team and manage daily operations.
• Collaborate with systems engineering to resolve issues spanning storage, network, and server tiers.
• Perform database administration for SQL Server 2012/2016 on physical and virtual Microsoft Server infrastructure.
• Manage backup and recovery systems to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (specifically 2012 and 2016 versions).
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience managing databases on both physical and virtual Microsoft Server platforms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in multi-tiered application environments.
• Experience working across technology tiers, including storage and networking.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Any Graduate degree.
