Description

You will manage Microsoft SQL Server databases and lead a team of database administrators within a multi-tiered application environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the database administration team and manage daily operations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with systems engineering to resolve issues spanning storage, network, and server tiers.
• Manage backup and recovery systems to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and 2016.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience managing databases on physical and virtual Microsoft Server platforms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in multi-tiered application environments.
• Experience working across technology tiers, including storage and networking.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
