Description

You will manage, optimize, and migrate complex database systems across Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Implement PL/SQL techniques and performance tuning for database optimization.
• Execute database migrations from Oracle DB to Azure.
• Manage ETL development, data modeling, and indexing strategies.
• Handle DBA tasks including monitoring, security, backups, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database development.
• Deep expertise in Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Databricks.
• Proficiency with PySpark and PySpark DBA tasks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server query and performance tuning.
• Experience working with large data volumes and PySpark MAP functions.
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL partitions.
• Ability to implement high availability, disaster recovery, and replication strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DBA functions and cross-platform solutions.
