Responsibilities

• Define, design, and implement data architecture.
• Build scalable database structures using data modeling and design patterns.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and Senior Data Developers to share technical ideas.
• Lead teams of software professionals.
• Develop tailored data solutions for the insurance and healthcare industries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database development.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and SSIS.
• Deep understanding of relational database structures, normalization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Data Lakes.
• Expertise in 3NF and Dimensional Modeling.
• Experience using modeling and profiling tools.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or SQL Server source control.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or Healthcare industries.
