Lead ETL development and data warehousing initiatives, owning integration workflows from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data warehousing solutions using IBM DataStage.
• Analyze data warehousing requirements to design efficient integration patterns.
• Perform performance tuning on data integration jobs and database queries.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and integration logic.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
• Hands-on expertise with IBM DataStage.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL.
• Experience working with SSIS.
• Solid understanding of database management and operations.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex data flows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
