Description

You will own IBM DataStage ETL development, design, and performance tuning for data migration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex ETL jobs using IBM DataStage.
• Design data migration strategies for Snowflake, AWS, or Collibra.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and shell scripts on UNIX/Linux.
• Manage DataStage metadata and implement XML logic.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of IBM DataStage development experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and performance tuning.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems and Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on experience with DataStage metadata and XML logic.
• Proven track record in ETL design and development.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, or Collibra environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted ETL modernization.
• Background in the Financial Services domain.
• Practical use of GitHub for version control.
