Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and ETL modernization programs, managing scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and ETL modernization programs.
• Coordinate DataStage migration initiatives with ETL developers, architects, and cloud engineers.
• Own ServiceNow ticket lifecycle including intake, prioritization, change management, and incident tracking.
• Produce executive dashboards, RAID logs, project plans, and status reporting.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, steering committees, and governance meetings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Deep expertise with IBM DataStage.
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation and testing.
• Experience with ServiceNow for IT service management.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms including Snowflake and AWS.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for project management.
• Strong understanding of ETL delivery and data warehousing concepts.
