Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Delphi-based solutions for web, native mobile, and hybrid applications.

You will own system analysis, detailed design, and implementation as a Lead Architect.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications according to design specifications and build complex workflows.
• Design integrations between Delphi applications and external enterprise systems or databases.
• Execute formal test plans and scenarios to ensure application stability.
• Support and maintain applications following deployment.
• Migrate legacy applications and automate business processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Delphi.
• 7+ years of IT experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
• Deep knowledge of Delphi language, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Experience with systems programming, RTL, VCL, and FireMonkey.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of Web, Native Mobile, and Hybrid applications.
• Experience in Business Process Automation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Delphi certification.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
