Lead software development and commissioning for DeltaV automation systems in pharmaceutical environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software on the DeltaV platform, participating in functional design and code reviews.
• Oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities.
• Support onsite commissioning tasks to ensure compliance with client manufacturing standards.
• Plan, organize, and monitor all phases of test automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for automation projects.

Required Skills

• Over 6 years of relevant DeltaV experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience with process automation projects and commissioning using DeltaV.
• Working knowledge of ISA 88, GAMP, and cGAMP standards.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated skill in scripting and test automation.
• Experience working within Life Science manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or Computer) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMI, APIs, and SQL software and systems.
