Description

Lead design convergence and technical construction for automotive components within defined project boundaries. Manage interface convergence and ensure compatibility with peripheral systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and evaluate new concepts based on vehicle architecture and interface requirements.
• Prepare Statements of Requirement (SOR) for outsourced and supplier parts.
• Direct the design team in technical constructions to ensure compatibility with peripheral systems.
• Ensure high-quality file transfers from the project phase to the industrial development phase.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in automotive engineering and design.
• Proficiency in UG-Nx.
• Deep knowledge of compressors, including mechanical and electrical aspects.
• Experience with Design and HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team animation and stakeholder reporting.
• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, equivalent, or Post Diploma/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with design pilot meetings and hard point reporting.
