You will design, build, and maintain production-grade AI solutions for customer and employee platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scaled AI components and services within cross-functional teams.
• Integrate AI solutions with highly available enterprise systems and channels.
• Own and support AI solutions in production, managing triage and prevention.
• Apply security standards, test-driven development, and CI/CD automation to deployed solutions.
• Drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions across customer and employee experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of professional or academic experience in Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python, R, Scala, or Spark.
• Expertise with Generative AI technology stacks, including prompt engineering frameworks and LLM fine-tuning.
• Hands-on development experience with AWS, including SageMaker and the AWS Generative AI stack.
• Experience with Agentic AI platforms and frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Experience working with Vector Databases and supporting data infrastructure for GenAI pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building, integrating, and supporting production-grade AI systems.
