You will develop and maintain core business logic within the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Encompass business rules, custom pages, and plugins using .NET.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Develop and execute unit tests to maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with leads and analysts in technical design meetings.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Encompass customizations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years specifically in Encompass development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with Encompass SDK, business rules, custom forms/pages, and plugins development.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems, including Git.
• Proven ability to develop and execute unit tests.
• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
