Description

Lead development for a key "aaS" program, managing the full lifecycle of complex integration and automation tools. You will own design, coding, testing, and debugging while mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers using Agile to meet program schedules.
• Own solution design, test planning, coding, and debugging for complex systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code and design reviews.
• Define unit testing, QA requirements, and automation practices for server platforms.
• Collaborate with platform and security leads to implement automated deployment workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience building complex software applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Powershell, Javascript, or Node.js.
• Expertise in REST-based architecture and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong experience with Linux and multi-threading programming.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and software architecture design.
• Deep understanding of Agile SCRUM, modern SCM, and full release life cycles.
• Proficiency with JSON and integrating platform tools with web technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit and integration test scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud domains.
• Hands-on experience with Containers using Kubernetes or Swarm.
