Description

You will design, develop, and maintain large-scale Java-based applications in hosted production environments, owning the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack solutions using J2EE technologies and Spring frameworks.
• Manage database persistence and query performance tuning using Hibernate and Oracle.
• Deploy and maintain services within Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Operate within Agile/SCRUM methodologies and DevOps toolchains including CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize web services using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE (JSP, JMS, JAXB, JDBC, EJB), and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Hibernate and Oracle Object/Relational Mapping.
• Hands-on work with REST, SOAP, JSON, WSDL, and XML.
• Competency with Maven, Gradit, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Familiarity with web servers including Tomcat, tcServer, and Websphere.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Fortify, and Selenium.
• Knowledge of ELK stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana) and New Relic.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience in the Airline Industry.
