Description

You will provide L2/L3 support for critical production systems in a 24x7 environment, ensuring service reliability through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Handle production incidents and resolve performance issues using APM tools and log analysis.
• Manage ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management via ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot system issues in Ubuntu 20.x environments with MariaDB and MS SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain application stability and observability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java technologies, specifically Spring Batch, JSP, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience scripting with Groovy and handling XML data formats.
• Strong knowledge of MariaDB 10.3 and MS SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow, and the ITIL framework.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 support rotation.
