Description

Lead development of scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems and event-driven architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven components using Apache Kafka.
• Translate architectural designs and customer requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit and integration test cases.
• Manage version control via Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of backend application development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in RESTful API design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, and event streams.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Strong skills in unit testing using frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.
• Ability to interact directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
