Description

You will design and implement data solutions using Snowflake and Python to support complex analytics and reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient Python components to orchestrate data workflows and integrate external services with Snowflake.
• Configure and optimize Snowflake Tasks to automate recurring data pipelines with predictable execution and recovery.
• Engineer secure data ingestion patterns from Amazon S3 into Snowflake for structured and semi-structured data.
• Optimize Snowflake SQL queries, views, and stored logic to improve performance and control compute costs.
• Troubleshoot production issues across Snowflake, Python, and S3 integrations while providing root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or advanced analytics development on cloud platforms.
• Deep proficiency in Snowflake SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Strong experience with Snowflake Cortex Code and Snowflake Tasks for workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python for data engineering and cloud-based data platform development.
• Experience with Amazon S3 and secure data ingestion patterns.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, SQL optimization, and data analytics principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake streams, version control, CI/CD, and testing strategies for data solutions.
• SnowPro Advanced Architect or AWS Certified Data Analytics certification.
