Description

Architect and lead the implementation of scalable Marketo solutions, integrating with CRM and CMS platforms to drive revenue growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Marketo architecture, including data governance, lead scoring models, and revenue cycle strategies.
• Build and manage complex campaigns, workflows, and landing pages while ensuring email deliverability and privacy compliance.
• Develop integration strategies connecting Marketo with Salesforce, Dynamics, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Customize Marketo using APIs, custom objects, and advanced configurations to optimize system efficiency.
• Create reporting dashboards and analyze campaign data to refine lead nurturing and conversion strategies.

Required Skills

• 9+ years in marketing automation with 3+ years in Marketo architecture and leadership.
• Expert configuration of Marketo, including API integrations and custom objects.
• Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, and nurturing methodologies.
• Proficiency in data governance and marketing analytics.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM or Dynamics.
• Ability to customize HTML/CSS for email and landing pages.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Marketo Certified Solutions Architect or Expert certification.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
