Description

Senior Software Engineer responsible for designing and developing cloud-native applications and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Python and Golang.
• Enhance and integrate CSP automation frameworks with in-house tooling, specifically Azure.
• Build self-service capabilities and tooling for Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Integrate automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines and participate in all SDLC stages.
• Investigate production issues and provide technical support for debugging application failures.

Required Skills

• 6-8+ years of professional experience using Python, Golang, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented design and development.
• Experience with NoSQL database modeling, testing, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber/Gherkin, GoDog, or behave.
• Competency with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies using tools like Jira or Rally.
• 2+ years of experience working with globally dispersed teams across different time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
