Description

Design, develop, and maintain FormTitan forms, portals, and workflow solutions integrated with Salesforce.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure dynamic forms, conditional logic, validations, calculations, and multi-step workflows in FormTitan.
• Develop customer-facing and internal business portals using FormTitan.
• Integrate FormTitan solutions with Salesforce objects, configuring bidirectional data synchronization.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable FormTitan and Salesforce solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and production deployments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on FormTitan development and configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Experience designing complex forms, portals, workflows, and document generation solutions.
• Experience integrating FormTitan with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications.
• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Experience with DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or payment gateway integrations.
