Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications to support digital infrastructure and IT Service Management practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing ServiceNow modules and implement new ones as they are procured.
• Create custom workflows, Service Catalog Items, Knowledge Bases, Business Rules, and Metrics.
• Develop integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration and REST APIs.
• Execute platform upgrades, review update sets, and perform functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and Enterprise Architecture to ensure technical solutions align with security standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow developer.
• Expertise in Service Portal Design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML.
• Experience building new REST API integrations with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Ability to perform data imports and administer API/data integration processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Incident, Release, Asset Management, CMDB, and Agent Workspace Configuration.
• ServiceNow Certifications.
