Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-level applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain REST APIs for seamless system integration.
• Utilize performance analytics to monitor and optimize platform data.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise-level application design and architecture.
• 5-6 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer and implementation specialist.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
• Deep expertise in the ServiceNow Platform.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow CSM module.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with the ServiceNow Performance Analytics module.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
