Description

You will develop and maintain complex data solutions and infrastructure architectures for investment management processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the release pipeline, perform design and code reviews, and conduct root cause analysis on production defects.
• Code high-complexity modules and establish technical patterns for the development team.
• Lead analysis, high-level design, and architecture research to improve team productivity.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to a team of 2-4 software developers.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to implement project plans.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with heavy focus on MS SQL development and stored procedures.
• 5+ years of experience in ETL and creating data load jobs.
• 5+ years of experience using job schedulers, preferably Tidal.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• 3+ years of professional experience working with Perl.
• Strong knowledge of relational database design and development concepts.
• Experience with Visual Studio (2017/2019/2022) and TFS (Team Foundation Server).
• 5+ years of experience within the Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services domains.
• Experience working in Agile environments and managing stakeholder requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills, including writing and editing macros.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, C#, Python, or GIT.
• Experience with release management utilizing CI/CD and DevSecOps concepts.
