Description

Design and develop end-to-end data integration solutions using Talend and ETL methodologies. Own the full lifecycle from profiling and cleansing to deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable ETL workflows in Talend with robust error handling and performance optimization.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality across pipelines.
  • Integrate ETL processes with diverse source and target systems, including databases, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to define transformation rules and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on best practices and tooling.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in data integration or ETL development.
  • Proficiency in Talend Data Integration and Talend Administration Console.
  • Deep understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Cassandra.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Talend Data Integration Certified Developer certification.
